We asked our exhibitors how they use AI in their companies and what makes them unique. Today we are talking about the Doncasters Group, a leading international manufacturer of high-tech products in the automotive, aerospace, energy and petrochemical sectors.

“The first use of AI is planned within the next year. Promising feasibility studies are currently being carried out, including on the topic of “error/defect detection during the visual inspection of components from the investment casting process”.”
HUMAINE:
“What will working with AI look like in your company in 10 years’ time?”
Doncasters Group:
“AI reliably and autonomously evaluates certain intermediate states of components with regard to optical inspection methods or camera images according to OK/NOK. AI will actively control the production process to minimize the number of rejects and production times.”
