We are pleased to welcome our Australian research partner Dr. Connie Zheng. Dr. Zheng is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Co-Director of the Centre for Workplace Excellence at the University of South Australia (UniSA). Her research findings have been used to enable organizations and employees to be innovative, resilient and adaptable to the changing world with many challenges stemming from continued global integration of markets, people and technology. In her presentation entitled “Diversity and inclusion in leading international projects: A bibliometric analysis”, she will provide exclusive insights into her research.
