On 30 June, Kathrin Nauth attended the AI Festival on the topic of pricing AI-based products and services in Heilbronn. The event offered a mixture of talks, workshops, exhibition stands and tangible AI, including AI-generated music and use cases to try out. Among other things, there was the Joint Innovation HUB Fraunhofer ISI technology acceptance demonstrator, which was extensively tested. Talks were also held with Exelentic on the topic of pricing, and there was the opportunity to familiarise oneself with various innovative robots. Important topics such as data utilisation, data protection and the bias of AI models were discussed in depth in several workshops and presentations. There were also use cases from SAP and Microsoft that showed how chat assistance and automation can support employees with routine tasks.
