What impact do AI-based assistance systems have on well-being, motivation and job identity?
In the HUMAINE project, this question is being investigated by, amongst others, Sophie Berretta, Dr Alina Tausch, Prof. Dr Corinna Peifer and Prof. Dr Annette Kluge, with the aim of ensuring that AI is implemented and used in the workplace in a way that is human-centred and promotes well-being.
Initial research findings from the speech and language therapy profession were presented last week at the 52nd Congress of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) at the University of Hildesheim.
