The team from the Chair of Labour, Human Resources and Leadership took part in the annual meeting of the skm research community on 12–13 September 2022, presenting the paper: Wilkens, U. & Hohagen, S. (2022): Leadership Behaviour and Dynamic Capabilities. The research agenda focused on issues relating to digital transformation.
