How can we work with AI for 1,800 hours a year – without falling asleep or becoming desensitised?
Prof. Annette Kluge presented her fascinating research findings on this topic yesterday at our HUMAINE AI Developers’ Working Group. Her team from the AOW Chair – comprising Sophie Berretta, Greta Ontrup and Dr Alina Tausch – is conducting research into the CollaborAId SMART approach to show AI developers which factors are important for creating a human-centred workplace that promotes well-being through the use of AI.
These contributions sparked a lively discussion on the various aspects of human-centredness in the context of artificial intelligence, through which Prof. Tobias Glasmachers from the host Institute for Neuroinformatics guided the participants of the ZESS working group.
The next AI developer working group will, as usual, take place online.
