Role-play training in the AI lab
The role-play training in the Human-AI Laboratory offers a workplace-like setting in which the integration of AI into work processes can be tested. As well as interacting with AI assistants as part of the work process, participants can experience in the laboratory how expert roles emerge and change in the context of AI use. New forms of interaction with the technology and within the team can be experienced and reflected upon.

What problem do many companies face?
The introduction of AI is imminent in many organisations, but it is unclear to what extent this will change job roles and collaboration within teams. In many teams, there is uncertainty about how to work effectively with AI, which may lead to reservations about its introduction.
How does the tool help to solve the problem?
The Human-AI Lab simulates a complete work process, enabling employees to develop an understanding of working with AI and to practise finding successful solutions as a team using AI.

The training session takes around two hours (one and a half hours of simulation, half an hour of reflection) per team.
