What problem do many companies face?

Successful AI roll-outs require a number of prerequisites. However, experience and expertise in implementing AI in organisations in a people-centred way are often in short supply.

How does the tool help to solve the problem?

The tool provides guidance on how to ensure a human-centred approach to AI implementation. As a training programme, it is aimed at managers, employee representative bodies and implementation teams in organisations that wish to introduce AI or have already begun doing so.

How is the tool used within the company?

A 3–4-hour workshop will explore key issues relating to human-centred workplace design and the introduction of AI. Further workshops (each lasting approximately 2 hours) are available as an option to explore specific topics and issues in greater depth.

What is the (time) commitment required of the company in connection with the objection?

A workshop lasting several hours; optional additional 2-hour in-depth workshops

What added value does the tool bring to the company?

Developing skills in the analysis, evaluation and design of people-centred work systems; establishing a shared knowledge base and encouraging a collective approach to design processes within the organisation.
