Who am I when AI works alongside me?
On April 15, 2026 (3:00–4:30 p.m.), we invite you to an interactive dialogue format at the RUB Makerspace (O-Werk). Together with Prof. Dr. Annette Kluge and Dr. Sophie Berretta, we will explore these questions from different perspectives.
The focus is on three interactive stations where we will engage in discussion together:
AI as a team member or a tool? How do we perceive AI in work processes – as a supportive tool or as part of the team?
Changing job identity: What happens to our professional self-understanding when AI increasingly becomes part of the work process?
Threat or opportunity? What uncertainties and challenges do we experience when dealing with AI in the workplace?
Each station offers impulses, opportunities for exchange, and interactive elements – your perspectives are explicitly invited and valued!
