‘Implementing AI isn’t something you can do in a one-day workshop!’

Here’s what we can take away from today’s WIN:A Transfer Day in Cologne: transfers take time.

• It’s time to bring everyone involved together around one table.
• Time to gain some experience.
• Time to process what we’ve learnt.

And then we need appropriate initiatives and approaches to successfully put the results into practice.

At the DemonstratorLab, a number of exciting examples of successful knowledge transfer from the ReKodA project were presented. We were able to showcase our demonstrator for AI-based quality control of solder joints, which we use to raise awareness of human-centred AI in workplace training.
