On 16 July 2021, Prof. Dr Uta Wilkens and Dr Yvonne Braukhoff visited evocenta at the Gelsenkirchen Technology Park. evocenta GmbH is an innovative start-up company that develops intelligent service centre solutions based on a proprietary AI platform for all areas of a company’s business. As evocenta is set to launch an AI centre in Gelsenkirchen later this year, there was a very fruitful discussion on topics including AI development and application, digitalisation, innovation and structural change in North Rhine-Westphalia.
