Yesterday, we were delighted to host another exciting dialogue session in the heart of Bochum.
Under the title ‘Co-determination has a history – and a future’, we welcomed Christian Doll (Eickhoff), Dirk Stüter (Doncasters) and Alfredo Virgillito (TBS NRW) to the Kofabrik’s community hall.
Presented by Manfred Wannöffel (RUB/IGM), the event provided a forum for open discussion: participants were invited to join in the discussion, ask questions and also put forward critical perspectives.
During the panel discussion, a wide range of issues relating to the use of AI in businesses were examined, from employee participation and democracy in the workplace, through the legal framework, to the practical reality of works agreements that take the use of new technologies into account.
Afterwards, many participants took the opportunity to ask questions and continue the discussion together. As the event drew to a close, the conversations continued in a relaxed atmosphere over snacks and cold drinks, and new contacts were made.
We would like to thank everyone involved, in particular Manfred Wannöffel, for their commitment and their contribution to this successful dialogue format.
We’re already looking forward to the next events and further discussions on the future of work!
