What problem do many companies face?

Although there are many methods for implementing technology, these are not utilised by business practitioners. Technology implementation projects often fail because these methods are not readily accessible in times of rapid change.

How does the tool help to solve the problem?

JOCAT brings together fundamental knowledge and methods relating to managing organisational change in a way that promotes acceptance, all within a user-friendly interface. It serves as an introductory resource that encourages further exploration and links the various phases of organisational change with tried-and-tested methods for a people-centred AI implementation that fosters acceptance.

How is the tool used within the company?

JOCAT is designed as an interactive diagram that follows a decision tree structure. The embedded methods are organised from the perspective of change management in occupational and organisational psychology and are available for download. JOCAT is aimed at an organisation’s change management team and at individuals who plan and oversee the implementation of AI within the company.

What is the time commitment involved for the company in raising this objection?

JOCAT users can decide for themselves and manage how much time they wish to invest in using JOCAT. The time required depends on how many methods are selected from JOCAT and applied. Using JOCAT requires minimal effort, as all instructions and information are linked together in one place.

What added value does the tool bring to the company?

JOCAT provides a quick and concise overview of organisational change processes, whilst also offering various methods to promote acceptance.

About JOCAT:

For the best user experience, we recommend opening the JOCAT file in presentation mode. In this mode, the contents of the JOCAT can be explored with a higher level of interactivity and in a clearly structured, dynamic format. It is also possible to use the file outside of presentation mode, but with limited interactivity and reduced navigational flexibility.

Development based on the current state of knowledge from HUMAINE has been completed. Most of the tools developed in HUMAINE have thus been integrated into JOCAT and linked to an established model for managing organisational change.
