The workshop is based on a ‘stakeholder glasses’ approach and explores the introduction of AI-based systems in the workplace from various perspectives. Participants take on different roles (e.g. management, HR, developers) and work together to develop a strategy for AI integration. The workshop involves discussing opportunities, challenges and human-centred approaches to ensure a successful and ethical implementation.

A learning scenario on human-centred work with AI systems has been developed for the 2025 Winter School, based on approaches from the learning scenarios of the HUMAINE project. On the initiative of NET-hUmAIN, the Chair of Production Systems (LPS) has created this new scenario to promote, within an interdisciplinary framework, the consideration of ethical, technical and psychological aspects when introducing AI into the workplace.

The workshop explores approaches to the human-centred integration of AI into work processes. Participants come to realise that different stakeholders often pursue different, and in some cases conflicting, objectives, such as increased efficiency versus transparency. Through discussion, joint solutions are developed to minimise conflicts of interest and ensure sustainable implementation. The practical scenario was well received by the participants, particularly the opportunity to gain a better understanding of different perspectives and to foster dialogue between those involved.
