On 11/23/2023, we welcome Prof. Virginia Doellgast to our IdeaLab!
As an expert, she will comment on and frame Giovanni Suriano’s keynote presentation on Deutsche Telekom, “Shaping the introduction of AI with participation”, and show what experience has been gained, for example, in the USA and Norway. Please note that the presentations will be held in German.
Her latest monograph is titled “Exit, Voice and Solidarity: Contesting Precarity in the US and European Telecommunications Industries”(2022) and examines cross-national differences in restructuring within the telecommunications industry, focusing on the situation of workers and their opportunities for participation.
