On Monday, 24 October 2022, Prof. Dr Matthias Klumpp from the Georg-August University of Göttingen delivered a keynote speech on digitalisation and trust here at the O-Werk. In a fascinating presentation, he highlighted the benefits and necessity of a human-centred approach to artificial intelligence in the fields of production and logistics. We were treated to fascinating insights into real-world practice and his latest research findings. The session concluded with a discussion on, amongst other things, how trust could be made measurable and what benefits this might bring for employees.
