We are always delighted to show our Human-AI Lab for competent human-AI problem solving to practitioners and other interested visitors!
‘Training for working with AI – new roles for humans and AI as a task for organisational design’ – that was the title of our dialogue session last wednesday. For us, it was a great opportunity to engage directly with people who use AI in their organisations and are facing precisely the questions and crossroads that we aim to address in the lab. Following a brief discussion on AI competence and the importance of competent action in the work process, participants were able to immerse themselves directly in our simulated work process, master it and ultimately act in a solution-oriented manner with AI support. The discussion that followed impressively demonstrated just how diverse the challenges are, but also the approaches to shaping competent action with AI.
