Last Monday, we combined two of our popular events: the dialogue session and the AI developers’ working group.
In a fascinating talk, Dr Merlin Schüler took us on a journey through time to the early days of AI research. The talk focused on key questions, methods and concepts in artificial intelligence, and how these have changed and evolved over time.
Particularly interesting were the insights into the development of our understanding of artificial intelligence and the question of how its functions and potential applications have changed over time.
Afterwards, many participants took the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views.
During the event’s closing reception, discussions continued in a relaxed atmosphere over snacks and cold drinks, and new contacts were made.
