A strong partnership: The training of the future starts today!
the HUMAINE Competence Centre put this into practice for the second time at the Hagen site.
In the workshop “AI Competence in Vocational Training”, the programme for aspiring electronics technicians and mechatronics technicians included not only theoretical input but also hands-on experimentation: instead of simply checking results with the naked eye, the trainees learnt how AI-based quality inspection of solder joints works.

Why this is important:
🔷 Practical relevance: AI is not seen as an abstract tool, but as a tangible aid in day-to-day work.
🔷 People-centred approach: We discuss how AI can usefully complement the development of professional skills.
🔷 Visions of the future: Together, we explore how job roles are changing and what new challenges lie ahead.
A two-day programme packed with expert insights, guided discussions and intensive practical sessions. This is how we bring the working world of tomorrow to life today.
A big thank you to everyone involved for the inspiring discussion!
