At the last meeting of our AI Developer Work Group on 29 June 2026, Dr.-Ing. Rene Grzeszick, Chief Growth Officer at MotionMiners GmbH, gave us an insight into the topic of human workflow optimisation from two different perspectives:
On the one hand, through a clear technical introduction to Motion-Mining®: a technology that enables manual workflows to be visualised, analysed and optimised in terms of their efficiency and ergonomics, based on anonymised process data.
On the other hand, through honest insights into how the MotionMiners are harnessing the innovative potential of modern AI methods: in a human-centred way, guided by the ideas and needs of their own staff!
