Prof. Dr Uta Wilkens is representing HUMAINE at the Ruhr Regional Association’s anchor point meeting

On 18 November, Prof. Dr Uta Wilkens represented the HUMAINE Competence Center at the Ruhr Regional Association (RVR) anchor point meeting. This annual event brings together cooperation partners and anchor points from the Route of Industrial Heritage to discuss current developments.

This year, we had the opportunity to present our project ‘PEOPLE. WORK. AI.’ which we are running as part of our exhibition route in collaboration with the RVR.

We are delighted with the positive response and look forward to continued successful collaboration and further networking in the future.

Competence center of the Metropole Ruhr for the human-centered development of AI solutions for the working world of the future

The HUMAINE competence center is funded by the Federal Ministry for research, technology, and space travel „Zukunft der Wertschöpfung – Forschung zu Produktion, Dienstleistung und Arbeit“” and is funded and supported by the project sponsor Karlsruhe (PTKA) (funding code: 02L19C200). The funding amounts to around €9 million over five years (04/2021-03/2026).
