Shoes are often bought in the wrong size and have to be returned. This is because customers have to take special measurements to find out whether a shoe will fit them. That’s why mySHOEFITTER has developed a digital shoe sizing service that uses AI to evaluate smartphone images of feet and orders shoes in the right size directly. But how does it work? How can an AI model for reliable and intuitive user interaction be developed and integrated into it? How can user satisfaction and acceptance be increased and what does the AI technology for such a solution look like?
