At the \u201cGeistesblitz\u201d event in downtown Bochum last Friday, we were able to participate in two ways: as a booth and at the Science Slam. A wide variety of visitors stopped by our booth to share their experiences with us, watch our demonstrations, and speculate about the future. At events like these, we\u2019re constantly reminded of how important it is to present science in settings where people of all ages and educational backgrounds can stop by and experience it firsthand. <\/p>\n
A huge thank you to the Bochum City Library for giving us the opportunity to share our project results and take part in an unforgettable Science Slam. We had a lot of fun on Friday, had some really interesting conversations, and learned a lot from the other slammers\u2019 presentations.
