{"id":10835,"date":"2021-07-23T08:48:39","date_gmt":"2021-07-23T08:48:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humaine.info\/review-ai-at-work-egos-conference\/"},"modified":"2026-07-14T12:24:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T12:24:12","slug":"review-ai-at-work-egos-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/humaine.info\/en\/review-ai-at-work-egos-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Review | AI at work \u2013 EGOS Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under this heading, a working group featuring high-calibre contributions came together at this year\u2019s EGOS conference (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.egosnet.org\/2021_amsterdam\/ONLINE_Colloquium-2021\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.egosnet.org\/2021_amsterdam\/ONLINE_Colloquium-2021&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1627109178631000&#038;usg=AFQjCNEmTNp0L4Lu-qNTaYDjajNCO5HxEQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.egosnet.org\/2021_amsterdam\/ONLINE_Colloquium-2021<\/a>), which took place virtually in Amsterdam from 8 to 10 July. The working group was chaired by Paul Leonardi, amongst others, meaning that the socio-materiality of AI received particular attention. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iaw.ruhr-uni-bochum.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IAW<\/a> contributed with the paper:  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018Uta WILKENS, Christian COST REYES, Tim TREUDE, Valentin LANGHOLF, Greta ONTRUP &#038; Annette KLUGE: Different meanings of human-centred AI in the workplace as an issue of inclusiveness. Insights from a systematic literature review in collaboration with the Chair of Business Psychology\u2019 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>presented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop provided insights into research findings on the implementation of AI in work processes across Europe, Asia, North and South America.
