Prof. Annette Kluge presented her fascinating research findings on this topic yesterday at our HUMAINE AI Developers\u2019 Working Group. Her team from the AOW Chair \u2013 comprising Sophie Berretta, Greta Ontrup and Dr Alina Tausch \u2013 is conducting research into the CollaborAId SMART approach to show AI developers which factors are important for creating a human-centred workplace that promotes well-being through the use of AI. <\/p>\n

These contributions sparked a lively discussion on the various aspects of human-centredness in the context of artificial intelligence, through which Prof. Tobias Glasmachers from the host Institute for Neuroinformatics guided the participants of the ZESS working group.<\/p>\n
