Under the theme \u201cClosing the Gap \u2013 Future Strategies for Human Resource Management\u201d, the event focused on the central question: <i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">How can we truly bridge the gap between aspiration and implementation?<\/i><br aria-hidden=\"true\"\/>In this context, Prof. Dr Uta Wilkens delivered a keynote speech on the topic \u201cShaping change processes responsibly \u2013 A question of leadership and rhythm\u201d.<br aria-hidden=\"true\"\/>The focus was on how Generative AI (GenAI) is changing the workflow and what HR departments need to pay particular attention to. Prof. Wilkens emphasised:  <\/div>\n<ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested\" data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-list-tree=\"true\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\">\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The importance of finding and setting an example of a sustainable pace for driving change \u2013 tailored to different employee groups where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The development of digital and AI skills within the company.<\/li>\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The need for binding and transparent regulatory frameworks, for example for the use of AI or remote work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">The aim is to ensure the long-term performance of teams and the problem-solving capabilities of organisations, both in person and virtually.<br aria-hidden=\"true\"\/>Alongside Prof. Wilkens, numerous other fascinating speakers enriched the programme, including: Johannes Koch, Ann Miller-Rauch, Samira Arrami, Gerrit B\u00f6ning, Jasmin B\u00fcchner, Fatma Dirkes, Steffen Ganders, Dr Martina Gieg, Ole Grawunder, Dr Timo Karsten, Niklas Kniedel, Mirjam Lapp (she\/her), Stefanie Moskal, Dr David Plitt LL.M.
