Based on the HUMAINE Toolbox content from GA RUB\/IGM, the co-determination dialogues and
based<\/span> on<\/span>–<\/span>works agreement<\/span> on AI,<\/span> it is intended that<\/span> in the
<\/span> multiplier case<\/span> based<\/span> Gebr<\/span>.<\/span> Eickhoff<\/span> Maschinenfabrik<\/span> u<\/span>.<\/span> Eisengie\u00dferei<\/span> GmbH,<\/span> in<\/span>
collaboration with the management, the works council and in-house experts, a,
negotiable draft of a (framework) works agreement on the use of AI is to be drawn up
and brought to the negotiating table.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Description of the Approach<\/h3><\/div>

By drawing on the co-determination dialogues, an orientation workshop (1) involving the works council
and management is intended to identify workplace use cases for AI. Subsequently, in<\/span>
identification workshops<\/span> (<\/span>2<\/span>)<\/span> with<\/span> the<\/span> works council,<\/span> areas of action<\/span> based<\/span> company-level<\/span> co-determination<\/span> regarding the<\/span> use<\/span> of<\/span> AI<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> identified<\/span> contexts<\/span> will be identified.<\/span>.<\/span> Finally<\/span> there will be<\/span> dialogue workshops<\/span> (<\/span>3<\/span>)<\/span> with<\/span> the<\/span> works council<\/span> and<\/span> in-house<\/span> experts<\/span> to<\/span> develop<\/span> a<\/span>
draft<\/span> of<\/span> an<\/span> application-specific<\/span>–<\/span>AI<\/span> BV<\/span> and<\/span> \/or<\/span>–<\/span>an<\/span> RBV<\/span> AI<\/span> based<\/span> on<\/span>–<\/span>the<\/span> model<\/span> BV<\/span> AI.<\/span> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Goals & Results<\/h3><\/div>

The<\/span> Eickhoff<\/span> multiplier<\/span> project<\/span> is <\/span>intended<\/span> to<\/span> test<\/span>,
evaluate<\/span> and<\/span> refine<\/span> the contents of the HUMAINE Toolbox \u2013<\/span>
the<\/span> co<\/span>-determination <\/span>dialogues<\/span> and<\/span> the<\/span> model collective<\/span> agreement<\/span> on<\/span> AI<\/span> drawn up by the GA RUB\/IGM. Furthermore, the successful<\/span>
implementation of a (revised) collective agreement
at Eickhoff would potentially open up further opportunities for replication
within the industrial SME sector.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
