Based on the current situation \u2013 as assessed by the JOPI in terms of relevant job characteristics, professional identity and workplace experience \u2013 a people-centred implementation strategy can be devised that prioritises employees\u2019 needs and promotes acceptance of the technology. Further surveys using the JOPI during and after AI implementation can highlight changes in the perception of job characteristics, professional identity and workplace experience, thereby identifying areas for optimisation. In addition, the JOPI also includes a section for assessing collaboration with the AI system, thus providing relevant starting points for technology development based on employees\u2019 needs.
